Through pathways from stone village to village, Chartrier Ferriere offers numerous walks where you will discover it’s many shelters made from stone.

Typical of the Causses, this commune benefits from a large palette of fine agricultural produce.  In particular, goats cheese, cheese made from sheep’s milk (fromage de brebris), goose, duck mushrooms, are all available at the markets of the local producers, every wednesday of july and august.

And finally with great pleasure, we invite you, in January to our Truffle Market, where you can see the mysteries of the ”Black Diamond” or visit with a guide the experimental Trufflery of “Pied des chèvers”  (Goats feet).
